LANTERNMARK INDUSTRIES INC (LMI) will do everything in our power to ensure that the information on our website is accurate at all times, however LMI does not accept any liability, howsoever arising, for the accuracy, completeness, use of or reliance on the information contained on this website.

Pricing on LANTERNMARK.COM is subject to change at any moment without notice. All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars. Dealer inquiries are welcome. Any purchases made through LMI or this website are subject to review and acceptance by LANTERNMARK INDUSTRIES INC.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

LANTERNMARK INDUSTRIES INC stocks most items and will ship same or the next business day. If the item is not in stock and has to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified via e-mail if the processing time is greater than 2 business days.

 

SHIPPING

The majority of U.S. orders will be shipped UPS ground or US Postal Service Priority Service. UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available upon request when possible. USPS is used to ship small orders to PO Boxes. Freight carriers are available for large orders. International orders may vary on carriers. Shipping on all orders is to be pre-paid, and we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders. If an order will be delayed or has items that are back-ordered, we will do our best to contact you.

Claims for loss or damage in transit are to be filed at once with the carrier. Shortage claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods.

 

RETURNS

Any items returned will only be accepted if accompanied by a Return Authorization number initiated by an LMI team member. Goods returned must be listed on our current price sheet and in saleable condition. All return items are subject to inspection and evaluation prior to credit being issued.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and include copies of original invoices. All returns, except for warrantable goods and shipment of incorrect merchandise, will be charged a 15% HANDLING AND RESTOCKING CHARGE.

 

WARRANTIES

LANTERNMARK INDUSTRIES INC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The manufacturers supplying LMI provide expressed warranties for quality and workmanship of their specific products.

Should a product fail to function due to a manufacturer’s defect in material or workmanship, the product must be returned along with the proof of purchase to the original place of purchase for verification and replacement. Failure to provide the original proof of purchase voids this warranty.

Parts returned must be determined by LANTERNMARK INDUSTRIES INC to be defective and LMI’s obligations under that warranty are solely limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective.

Contact LMI regarding a claim. If it appears that the part is warrantable, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number and asked to return the part freight pre-paid. If the part is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you.
